Scattered Sites Housing

General Info

There are 580 scattered site units located throughout the city. These sites include mid-rises with and without elevators, row houses, duplexes, multiple family-houses, condo-like complexes, and single-family homes.  Integrated into diverse communities, Scattered Site homes provide residents with options and encouragement on the path towards self-sufficiency. In some cases, residents must do their own outdoor landscaping. Scattered Sites accommodates a variety of circumstances regarding the payment of utility bills.
